The Coopérative des Aromates de Provence brings together passionate producers who cultivate and harvest aromatic herbs while respecting the traditions and the Provençal terroir. Founded on values ​​of quality, authenticity, sustainability and value sharing, our cooperative is a major player in the production of real Herbes de Provence in France. Our Specificity: Authenticity and Quality Unlike generic herbal mixtures that are often imported, we guarantee 100% local production, respecting specific specifications and traditional cultivation methods. Our producers carefully cultivate thyme, rosemary, savory and oregano, the four emblematic plants that make up the real Herbes de Provence. The cooperative offers references in conventional and organic agriculture, and its producers are now all involved in production labeled Herbes de Provence Label Rouge and/or IGP Thyme de Provence.
