L'Alsacien is the world's first Flammekueche bar! L'Alsacien is much more than just a bar: it's a warm, high-tech venue celebrating traditional Alsatian cuisine, right in the heart of Paris, and much more besides. A unique experience, to be shared without moderation!

At the heart of our concept is our tarte flambée with its hand-woven edges, a true family heirloom. Our mission? To make this delicious dish known and enjoyed throughout the world. If pizza has become a universal symbol, why not offer the Flammekueche the same glory?

At L'Alsacien, we invite you to enjoy an original experience: when your Flammekueche is ready, a beeper alerts you so you can pick it up. But the adventure doesn't stop there: meet our “Flambeurs”, those passionate people who prepare and serve you with a smile! It's the perfect opportunity to share this moment with your friends... to each his own!

L'Alsacien is also a convivial place where small tables of 2 coexist with large tables. Discover our friends' menu, where you can try out lots of our recipes! From traditional Flammekueches to revisited recipes... there's something for everyone! And the icing on the cake is our free private room, equipped with your own beer tapping machine! What could be better than tapping your beer to the nearest centilitre to accompany your time with friends?

Where there's good food, there's good drink! At L'Alsacien, we're committed to helping you discover the very best beverages, in collaboration with independent brewers and winemakers... and above all, Alsatians! Whether you're a fan of the classics or curious about natural, organic and other treasures, you'll find what you're looking for with us. We even have the honor of working with Alsace's smallest winegrower. Of course, you'll have to drink in moderation... but if he's not there, too bad, we'll drink anyway!

For this year's Salon de l'Agriculture, we'll be proud to introduce you to our star product: Flammekueche (or Tarte Flambée for purists)! It's an opportunity for us to share this Alsatian specialty with those who don't yet know us. You'll be able to savor our traditional recipes, as well as our more daring creations, designed to satisfy every taste bud. We look forward to hearing from you about our hand-woven edges!

And with every meal comes a thirst! To accompany our flammekueches, we're delighted to share our stand with our loyal partner: Brasserie Perle, a renowned Alsatian brewery. You'll have the opportunity to discover the wonderful draft beers !
