AFASEC - Recrutement, Formation et Accompagnement

AFASEC is the organization for training and employment dedicated to professionals in racing stables. We recruit, train, and support all employees of the horse racing industry, both today and in the future.

We are a non-profit association (Law 1901) under the dual supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and we are mandated by France Galop and SETF (Le Trot) to attract, retain, and develop talent for the excellence of horse racing in France.

Our mission is to make French racing stables an attractive and lasting environment of excellence, where individuals can push their limits and bring out the best in themselves.

Our Network: A Strong Presence in France and Internationally
- A Recruitment Service: HR support and consulting (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, temporary work, international recruitment), member of TFRI (Together For Racing International).
- 5 AFASEC academies, 5 partner schools within the UNREP network, 1 training network for future jockeys: Espoir en Course; founder of the international EARS and ETSA networks.
- 1,000 housing units: 400 directly managed accommodations within social residences and 600 outsourced accommodations at preferential rates for professionals in the horse racing industry.
- A Support Service: A network of social and family economy advisors across the country, key partners of international support organizations (e.g., Racing Welfare).
