iPSAGO was born out of a long friendship and a strong commitment to offering heathier and sustainable food, and to combating food waste ‘at source’. We upcycle underused resources that come from crafts producers, such as brewer’s spent grain, fruit pulp, oil press cake, okara from vegetal milks and many others. These by-products are dried to preserve their nutrients, and become ingredients with exceptional nutritional and taste qualities. Rich in fibre and protein, these ingredients are wonderful assets for making our biscuits. We also use over-produced fruits and vegetables and by products, all of which are sourced from short supply chains in the South of France and processed by us in our factory in Aix-en-Provence
