Description :

The Aude is a destination where nature and people intertwine to offer an authentic and warm experience.
In Occitanie, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, its varied landscapes are an invitation to discover. Here, unspoilt nature can be experienced at every moment: hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking routes and circuits, surfing spots on the coast... These are places where you can meet the locals, who are proud of their heritage and share their know-how, from olive-growing to wine-making. The destination also has a wealth of charming villages, historic sites such as the medieval city of Carcassonne and the ancient town of Narbonne, and a generous art of living, with its gastronomy, rugby and traditions.
In the Aude, every moment becomes an invitation to reconnect with yourself and with others in a setting of incomparable beauty.

The Aude at the SIA: a dynamic presence in an area of 105 m². Two spaces will be devoted to Aude producers, offering a showcase for quality local products, while a third will highlight the Aude as a tourist destination, under its new brand ‘l'Aude, l'âme sud’.
The tourist offices of Limouxin, Côte du Midi, Castelnaudary, Corbières-Minervois and Pyrénées Audoises, and the Carcassonne Municipal Tourist Office, will be working alongside the ADT to promote the riches of their region. They will be highlighting wine tourism, agritourism, local know-how and sports and nature activities.
Among the producers taking part, the public will be able to discover a wide range of products: honeys, almonds, wines, liqueurs, oils and products derived from olives, lavender and lavender-based cosmetics, etc.
The highlights of the event will include an Aude opening day on Monday 24 February, and throughout the show there will be events, tastings and meetings with producers. It's a great opportunity to meet the people of the Aude and their know-how, and to discover the « Aude l'âme sud », an authentic and friendly destination.
