With its dark amber color and smooth texture, it appeals to honey lovers who appreciate bold and authentic flavors. Renowned for Its Benefits and Rich Aromatic Profile ✔️ A revitalizing honey, rich in minerals: Ideal for supporting the body and providing natural energy. ✔️ A strong, lingering taste: Woody, slightly bitter, and robust, with hints of licorice. ✔️ A gourmet touch in the kitchen: Delicious on toast, in yogurt, as a sweetener for herbal tea, or paired with aged cheeses like blue cheese or goat cheese. A Pure Treasure from Nature Thanks to our migratory beekeeping method, we harvest this honey in the pristine landscapes of Ardèche, a region famous for its vast chestnut forests. This unique terroir gives our honey a deep flavor and an unparalleled aromatic richness. Available exclusively in our online store and at our honey shop.
