      Established since 2018 in the town of La Valette-du-Var, in the heart of Provence Alpes-Côte-d'Azur, Adrien Ligier, a passionate beekeeper and harvester, embodies excellence and artisanal know-how. Its apiary, Rucher du Baudouvin, quickly established itself as a benchmark in the production of exceptional honey, in harmony with the generous nature of the region.
      In 2024, the remarkable quality of its honeys was crowned at the Convours Général Agricole in Paris:
      - Silver medal for its lavender honey, certified Label Rouge and IGP Provence, guarantees of authenticity and superior quality.
      - Gold medal for its chestnut honey, with an intense and woody flavor.

      But the know-how of Rucher du Baudouvin does not stop there. Recently labeled 100% Valeurs du Sud, Adrien Ligier also offers a gourmet range of artisanal products, including nougat, shuttles and crunchy fruits of Provençal heritage.
