Hysope - The Hyssop is a plant well known in the Basses Alps for its many virtues. within the same family as mint, it is very perfumed and is growing in sunny places in our regions.       La Vinciane is a small craft company of liquor production. Based in Saint-Vincent-les-Forts in High Provence, above the Serre-Ponçon lake, we are piking our plants and fruits that we use around. Our best-seller is of course the génépi, but we are producing also other typical liquors as the Larch Flower or the Hyssop.
