      The Benoit l'Artisan cutlery is located in Laguiole in Aveyron, it is one of the companies involved in the creation of the Laguiole knife IG (Geographic Identity). This family cutlery, created in 1999 by Benoit Mijoule, Master Cutler, today has nearly 15 employees who work on the creation and artisanal manufacturing of traditional or contemporary Laguiole knives in the village of Laguiole in Aveyron.
      Benoit the artisan offers you artisanal Laguiole knives in their traditional form, in a range of folding or fixed knives for tableware. It also offers you creative mmodels with contempory designs such as the Laguiole Tribal knife, or knives made from rare and/or composite materials such as mammouth ivory, carbon fiber....
