Lavender Honey - Creamy Lavender Honey.

Carefully harvested on the famous Valensole plateau, this emblematic honey of Provence is the fruit of traditional beekeeping know-how and an exceptional terroir. Every year, in mid-June, we transhume our hives at night to install them in the heart of this mythical landscape. Bees forage on lavender flowers, providing honey with delicate aromas and a unique flavor.

From harvest to pot: an artisanal process
At the end of the honey flow, we harvest the honey before proceeding with its cold extraction, followed by a natural decantation phase. This treatment guarantees optimal quality.
