      Less than an hour from Paris, in the heart of Brie, Marie-Joseph, Bénédicte & Flavien produce cereals and offer you a whole range of flours produced on the Forest farm. Obtained from cereals grown on the farm, our artisanal flours are produced using a stone mill (granite). The cereals are rigorously sorted and cleaned before being ground. No additives or preservatives!
