Cap Spiruline recommends starting with a dose of 1g per day during the first week, then gradually increasing to 3 to 5 grams per day as part of your diet. Pairing it with a vitamin C-rich fruit juice enhances iron absorption! You can also sprinkle it on your meals, such as salads, smoothies, applesauce, or yogurt. It pairs wonderfully with guacamole or a flavorful pesto! Do not cook this product to preserve all its nutritional qualities.
