MAISON DANGALY cultivates oysters in the heart of the Bay of Cancale and Mont-Saint-Michel. Imagine oysters that tell the story of a unique terroir, blending tradition and expertise. As a family-run business, we take pride in offering products that stand out for their superior quality and unparalleled taste.

Our farm is located in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes. Each year, we produce up to 600 tons of premium oysters on our 39 hectares of oyster beds. With an average meat yield of 9.5% to 13%, we surpass the usual standards of the bay (8% to 10%). This superior quality is the result of expertise passed down through four generations.
