      LES NOUVELLES FERMES

      ​Les Nouvelles Fermes is a young French startup at the intersection of market gardening, agro-industry, and innovation.

      We produce vegetables and fish (rainbow trout) through aquaponics, 100% locally produced and distributed in France, without chemical treatments, and with great taste.

      After launching our first pilot farm in late 2019 in Lormont, the second farm in our network began production in 2022 in Mérignac (33), both located in the heart of the Bordeaux metropolitan area.

      As a player in the social and solidarity economy, our mission is to develop a new and complementary form of agriculture ultra-local, sustainable, inclusive, and accessible to as many people as possible.

      Our ambition matches the environmental challenges that agriculture must address without delay: to create production sites on the doorstep of cities, new living spaces that reconnect producers with consumers, and offer our products to a large number of consumers.
