"Agriculture, This French Pride!" will be the theme of the next Paris International Agricultural Show!

Agriculture plays a crucial role in France’s trade balance and global influence, making the country one of the world's leading agricultural powers. Taking place from February 22 to March 2, 2025, the Paris International Agricultural Show, a steadfast supporter of the agricultural world, has chosen the theme "Agriculture, This French Pride!" for this edition. This commitment to excellence is shared by 91% of French people, who consider agriculture a source of national pride* (Elabe survey for BFMTV, "The French and the Farmers' Mobilization," January 24, 2024).

Pride in the farmers who feed not only the citizens of France but also those around the world. Pride in their exceptional expertise, which makes them global leaders in their field.

As French agriculture faces challenges similar to those in many other countries—generational renewal, visibility of women in the sector, and the impact of climate change—this pride remains essential to France’s global influence and its contribution to sustainable development.

A unique space for solidarity, support, and visibility for French agriculture, the Paris International Agricultural Show brings these challenges to light and remains a highly anticipated event. As of today, 90% of stakeholders wishing to participate have already registered.

Regional, national, and international exhibitors are preparing to welcome over 600,000 visitors. As every year, the show will celebrate the expertise, agricultural practices, professions, achievements, and products that highlight the richness of France’s regions across nine pavilions spanning 16 hectares—making it France’s premier agricultural event.

"French agriculture is a source of national pride, and its reputation extends far beyond our borders," says Jérôme Despey, President of the National Center for Agricultural Exhibitions and Competitions (CENECA) and the Paris International Agricultural Show. "It stands out for the quality and competitiveness of its products, its high added value, and its ever-evolving innovative practices. Our agriculture is both a driving force and a protector. Safeguarding agricultural heritage involves official quality labels for our products, as well as the adoption of agroecological practices and biodiversity conservation initiatives."
